I went to my doctor to be referred back to Maddocks Madely physiotherapy. Because I've been before and found it very helpful in coping with my dizziness. Mainly worse when I bent my head down. But the movements of looking up and turning side to side were difficult too.
Plus, if I stood up for too long I had 'falling down' turns.
