There is not a lot more I can say about this hospital that others have not already said it has the most caring and respecting staff and always there when you need them .It would be a great shame to see this hospital close due to lack of funds

Thank you for taking the time to write your comment. We would like to reassure you that we are very much open for business and currently support over 30,000 patient attendances each year. The Min continues to experience severe financial difficulties and must plan for change. For some time now it has been the intention of the Min for its services to be acquired by our local acute hospital the Royal United Hospital NHS Trust (RUH) once that organisation receives Foundation Trust status and a due diligence process has been completed. With the support of key stakeholders and healthcare partners the Trust is now working on a refreshed strategic plan for the future to resolve the underlying financial deficit.
