"HDU ward 64"

About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

Anything else?

Attended the A +E of the hospital when Olivia was suffering a severe asthma attack and was immediately moved to Ward 64. Throughout the next three days we cannot fault the staff in anyway whatsoever. Each and everyone was more than willing to help at anytime and take time to explain what was happening or to answer our questions. The attention Olivia received no doubt prevented the condition from getting much worse and prompted a shorter stay. I cannot find fault in anyway , the service was professional with a smile and friendly word and this was from all off the staff not just the medical side but the people who provided all of the other services. These people are a credit to the NHS and the service it provides. Thank you

Thank you so much for your comments. These have been passed on to the staff in our Emergency Department and on Ward F64 who were delighted to receive them.
