I came into Stafford A&E on 11th April for a suspected miscarriage. The care I received from arrival to discharge was outstanding. All the staff I came into contact with we're kind compassionate and thorough in their roles. When I arrived I was extremely agitated and upset but the staff managed to reassure me and made me feel comfortable. Both the A&E and maternity units were spotlessly clean. The member of staff who stood out to me was on A&E who was so knowledgable as well as kind and caring. Making sure I had everything I needed and got me all the tests I needed. I originally was going to have my baby at Lichfield but now I will be coming to Stafford and I will tell everyone else I know of the positive experience I had. Thank you to you all for your help, you have given me confidence and pride in my local hospital.
