Anything else?
Poor communication between staff and lack of sharing notes, filling equipment up after being used leading to delays in critial patient evaluation. The cleanliness of the staff lead something to be desired and the most efficient useful person was one of the cleaning staff. out of the 10 staff there was only one on the shift that was trained to do care and IV's and the others just came in mumbled something which I or the patient could not understand, made a mess and went away.
