My father was admitted to ward 6 after a major heart attack in March. The care he received was magnificent before his transfer to Coventry. The nursing staff were so kind to all of us, and so respectful to Dad and attentive to his needs. The doctor was also approachable, informative, and helpful, and we really felt that Dad received the best possible care in all respects from a fantastic team. The medical and nursing care Dad received was exemplary, but the staff were also human, and went out of their way to look after us (a nurse on her way home even came back to update us on developments). We are really grateful to them all for a wonderful service.
