Had surgery on 23/04/2013 and I can honestly say that I felt well cared for and completely at ease, the staff were excellent and made me feel like nothing was too much hassle, they gave me time, patience and kind words when needed. Everyone was friendly and I felt safe and reassured that everything was alright. The ward was clean, the food was nice and everything that I asked for eg. Pain relief, cups of tea! Were given to me with no hesitation, everything was very well explained to me and I knew exactly what was happening and when. A 100% excellent service was received and I would definately return if needed :)
