What I liked

I found the staff good ,but pushed due to clinics running late, the doctor was pleasant and explained things to me, the X-ray receptionist was very helpfull in explaining about the different tests I needed, and that my CT scan would have to be done at either Heather wood or Wrexham park hospital so I was given a choice, she processed that scan for me so I dident have to do it when I got home, the other x rays were booked quickly and efficiently, there is no parking charges at st Marks which was brilliant, over all very good Hospital

What could be improved

Waiting time for clinic, my appointment was 10.10 but I never got to see the doctor till 11.45,being disabled there are no disabled parking bays out side the main out patients dept. There are three out side the physio dept, but they were taken which left me having to park near the old part of the hospital.
