- Wait list: I was able to be seen 2 days after calling for an appointment.

- Timeliness: Unfortunately I had to wait for more than 40 mins despite having an appointment, however it wasn't much of a problem as I was not in a hurry and the nurse came after 15mins wait to explain they were having computer problems and would help me as soon as they could.

- Politeness: The nurses were very friendly, however the two receptionists seemed to be more focussed on papers and computers than on seeing you as a person, they didn't look at you when either you or they talked.

- Choice: It was nice to be involved in thinking about and deciding what vaccines I wanted to get.

All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I could highly recommend anyone going there to get vaccinations before they travel.
