Never been to S.H. before but ended up in Jasmine Suite as semi emergency to hear news we were dreading. Treated with dignity, respect and kindness and all our questions were answered on both this and a later follow up visit.

J.S. not the most salubrious of surroundings but what we saw was clean and the staff are doing a very good job.

Thank you for taking the time to approach the Organisation with the feedback about the care you recently received at this Hospital in the Jasmine Suite. It is always greatly appreciated when patients or relatives take the time to provide feedback, positive or negitive, to us and I can confirm that I will relay the information you have given to the staff on the unit.

I apologise I cannot addrress you by name due to the lack of information given however, thank you for your comments. I'm sorry to hear that you received news that you were not looking forward to and I hope we are able to continue to support you with treatment and advice for this matter.
