Recently admitted to the Urology unit for a rigid cystoscopy as part of the ongoing regular check ups to treat a minor problem following bladder cancer removal 2-3 years ago.
The whole system at the unit cannot be praised highly enough with information being passed on and being kept informed of progress from the nurses, anaesthetists and doctors.
The care and consideration shown is exemplary -- it's just a shame that units like this aren't publicised more instead of the negative press the NHS receives
