A very good experience and no criticism. A shorter wait would have been helpful, but the difficulty here is understandable.

I did not like the letter about the new checking in system, but found it unnecessary at the time. I am old enough to prefer a human being to a modern system!

Dear Niff632,

Thank you for your kind comments, I am glad you found the TRAC service a very good one!! We have regular contact with local hospitals who are always working on making waiting times shorter, however in some cases departments do become busier than others and have longer waiting times. I would like to reassure you that the hospitals operate an 18 week referral to treatment patient pathway.
