"Once I was referred, the consultation appointment came through quickly"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

The treatment I received was ok, not sure it will work. Once I was referred, the consultation appointment came through quickly, but took nearly a year back and forth to my doctors before they referred me.

Thank you for sharing your comments with us. I am pleased that you received your appointment quickly once your referral was received by TRAQS. However, I am sure you appreciate that TRAQS are unable to comment on the time you waited before we received your referral from your GP.
