Thank you for caring about my health as much as I do. Everyone from the front desk, staff nurses, registrar and theatre staff all made me feel they were doing their best for me.

Well done the cleaning staff - the place was spotless - keep it up as I am depending on you.

How could you improve? Well, I would recommend using e-mail and texts to send out messages and make technology work as hard as you. Then the money saved could be put towards the cost of the botox treatment! Cost of a second class stamp - (50p) - cost of a text minimal and the staff could be anywhere and at any time send out messages.

The botox treatment is working - and giving me my life back. I can now work and this is helping me regain a social life.
