What I liked
My visit to the breast sceening unit was an example of how well the NHS can work. Staff were calm and reassuring, the treatment immediate, with a reassuring outcome - all completed within one hour. Would like to thank all involved for making what could have been a very harrowing time an easy to cope with experience.
What could be improved
The car parking spaces in the underground car park are too narrow and the charges are iniquitous.
