All the staff in and around the Benjamin Weir Ward deserve every possible credit for the way they provide excellent service and individual care of patients - some of whom act in a way that leads you to think they deserve very little and hide bad intentions behind a facade of age, vulnerability and selfishness and then create un-necessary havoc.
