l was admitted to Dixon ward for 3days, only one day the ward floor was cleaned but only down the middle,not round the bed or under the beds, nor was your table wiped cleaned with Detol l wiped it down with a fresh wipe.

The toilet was not cleaned my bed was next door to it, there was small white paper towels on the floor, and down the toilet the was wee from the last person which was not flushed, it did not smell clean only strong urine.
