"Neck pain clinic"

About: Southend Hospital / Pain Management

(as the patient),

The dr was given a MRI scan disc I had done privately and threw it aside and refused to look at it. Then waited for over 6 months for follow up appointment even tho I'm in extreme pain.

I found the Dr very cold and unsympathetic and rude. I have recently been told the problem is my spine which had the MRI disc been looked at would have been realised instead of giving me steroid injections in my neck that were needless.
