My mother, Diana, was taken into A&E on Thursday 11th April following a collapse at home. The ambulance crew were fantastic (and came by later to check how she was), the A&E staff looked after my mum very carefully and dilgently and kept us (her sons) informed of progress. Later, when she was moved to Dedham ward, the nurses, doctors and support staff could not have been more helpful, professional and caring. They also moved very quickly to fit a pacemaker and she was ready to leave on Saturday. The nurse who discharged mum was superb. Many thanks to everyone. Stephen
