What I liked
the care my relative received was good, he had been in an accident and needed prompt attention. A&E started treatment immediately and allowed me & my daughter to be with him most of the time.
What could be improved
Nothing could have been better with the care received, but he did need to go to another hospital for further care not available in Southampton.
