Your Advocacy Support Cymru Independent Mental Health Advocate helped me a great deal. Made me feel I was not alone, helped me deal with decision against me by medical staff treatment and when my life was in danger by staff.
You allowed me access my medical file when medical staff refused to give me injur to my treatment.
Respect my dignity and independent individual from staff and keep secret with this investigation and information supplied to them against staff.
