What I liked:

This is a fantastic facility and makes visiting hospital, for whatever reason, i.e. admission, clinics etc, a much more bearable experience. I personally have been into haslar for operations on a couple of occasions and have attended clinics for various reasons and I have never been left feeling, a nuisance, a number or uninimportant. It is easy to get to, spotlessly clean and an asset to the community.

What could be improved? That this brilliant facility is not closed in 2011 but is kept open for the benefit of the community who will face long journeys round to portsmouth (the time of which will be extended because of the traffic problems). Some people do not have the transport or funds to make that journey. Haslar is a very good facility, local, friendly and clean. The community totally support the retention of the services at Haslar and these should be developed and enhanced in the future so that this magnificent facility is not lost.
