About: Blackpool Victoria Hospital / Parkwood inpatient unit

(as the patient),

What has been good is the staff have looked into my medication and changed it as my previous medication wasn’t working.

All the staff nurses and support workers help if needed and the ward is very clean and tidy.

Jacky my named nurse and Sarah support worker, Leslie support worker, John and Paul are very helpful and kind and listen. Manny support worker is good too.

Thank you for your posting regards your medication changes due to the fact it was not working. I will let the doctors, nurses and pharmacy staff know that you were pleased with the changes. I am pleased that you found the ward clean and tidy.

I will also ensure that all the staff you have mentioned in your response are individually told about your posting, I am sure they will be delighted they have been able to support and listen to you whilst you were in Parkwood.
