"Couldn't fault care given by all trades of staff"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

Staff pre-op: Kind, efficient, caring and attentive.

Theatre staff: Informative, kind and efficient

24 hour bed staff: Caring, kind, attentive

As a valued member of the NHS I couldn't fault care given by all trades of staff and I am happy to see the NHS in New Victoria provide the quality of care expected.

Meals: Apart from sandwich and biscuit packs, I was not impressed with the quality of food. Smash NOT enjoyed.
