It was a joy to witness the efficiency, dedication & cheerfulness of all the staff on the surgical day case unit. It was very evident that all the staff worked together as a team enabling them to manage a very busy day. This unit should be the showcase "Gold-Standard" of effective, caring nursing that the NHS can provide.
