My father arrived at Solihull hosptal via ambulance and from the moment he arrived even though they were extremely busy he was treated with the utmost care and respect.Every single member of staff from porters to doctors worked as a team and involved my father and the family in every aspect of his care.They were all very patient,kind and had pride in the job they were doing.Well done and a huge thank you from the family.
