What I liked

Just wanted to say that I am impressed that the Queen Alexandra Hospital is providing patients a forum where they can air their concerns and give feedback.

Naturally one is sometimes more inclined to give feedback when one is unhappy with the level of care or service. I hope that patients with both good and bad experiences will provide feedback.
