I took my elderly father for his first appt in the audiology dept at St. Helens hospital and was prepared for a very long wait. How wrong I was.
We went in early for our appt and was treated fabulously by a young lady who put us at our ease straight away. She explained things fully and my father was measured for an hearing aid and we were out within 1 hour.
Great service and lovely staff.
