Our daughter was taken to Basildon after falling ill on Monday afternoon. We had to call for an ambulance and once they arrived (very quickly I might add) we felt like we were in safe hands until our daughter was discharged later that evening.

The childrens A&E was lovely, very clean and the staff were kind and helpful. Very quickly the diagnosed that my daughter had a throat infection, gave us some ibruprofen and reassured us that she was fine.

Thank goodness for the NHS and the Ambulance crews - they are exceptional staff and we cannot thank them enough.
