Would just like to know who designed the current layout of the car park off Argyle Street. It is by far the one of the worst layouts you could have chosen.

I would like to know why the parking rows come to a dead end and if you get more than one car going down the same row, every car has to reverse.

Why would you just not make it so you could turn onto the next row from the previous one?

I think it needs looking at.
