Absolutely useless,spoke to someone who basically in a round about way told me that i needed to ring 111 for a walk in centre....nearest was peterlee or blaydon, oh theres one in houghton,to which I told him that the one at houghton is no longer a walk in centre (according to the internet). He was absolutely useless, knew nothing and the information he gave me was quite frankly nothing. Fuming doesnt even cut it!
