"A&E chaotic lacks good management"

I have had a few visits to NNUH A&E over the years inevitably as I have 3 kids. I attended in April 2013 with my teenage daughter and her fractured wrist, she was reluctant as our last visit was 8 hours with what turned out to be a serious head injury which resulted in a lengthy hospital stay but A&E treated her very rudely, I reassured her we had been unlucky and this time would be different but she was treated with disrespect as she is a teenager and obviously they deserve to be treated in a condescending manner and be left waiting for the longest time! The doctor was fabulous, nurses average and receptionists just plain rude! If there was a choice of hospitals in Norwich I would use another choice. I complained about her previous experience and never received a reply only acknowledgement of my complaint so nothing will change. I work for the NHS and I am proud of it but this department lets us all down with it's poor management.
