What I liked

I was admitted to Hopkins Ward, for the 2nd time in 8 months, and generally, found the nursing staff most helpfull, and understanding.

The medical staff took my situation and dealt with it with great urgency.

Catering was good, food choice good, served hot, and tasty

What could be improved

I was in the ward for 8 days, and it wasn't until the 6th day that my hospital records were available to the medical staff.

Night staff generally very good, but some members spent too much time at the nurses station rather than checking on patients that were obviously in need of attention.
