my son was taken to A&E because of advice from nhs 111 and he has waited hours before seen as he is so young and its was so late at night I would have thought he would have been seen quickly this hospital is a disgrace the staff just ignored us waiting wasn't very helpful my son was left hours with out a drink , we got moved out of cubical for someone else, if they didn't think my son who was very poorly not a priority they should have said so I could take him home and give him plenty of fluids and rest and brought his back at a time they thought suitable in stead of leaving a four year old from 11 o'clock for over 4 hours being moved all over A&E this worries me as im not sure where he was better off I done what they ask and ring 111 if in doubt and I done this and they said he should be taken to A&E and I think maybe someone might decide not to take there advice and wait until morning because of the bad quality of staff and something dreadful happens! I think next time I will go to a different hospital!
