About: Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

As a visitor, on Sat 31 May. Between 7.15pm & 7.40pm my wife & I were seated at the main entrance, adjacent to the "hand cleansing" area. We were disgusted to see that out of 8 staff in nurses uniform only 2 bothered to apply gel to their hands.

Is it only visitors who spraed diseases then?

Additional staff awareness necessary, we think

Thank you for this comment, which is well made. Staff often use the alcohol gel as they enter or leave their particular work area but we are reminding them that they ought to use the main entrance ones as well, if only to role model to evryone else.
