Just a few words to say many,many thanks to all the staff at the Dept of Endoscopy. Had the above procedures yesterday (12th April pm) and as you may imagine was full of trepidation. However, I needn't have worried, from the moment I arrived and was seen by the nurse through to being seen by the doctor and his staff everything was clearly discussed and explained in layman detail. I was impressed by the professional, caring and friendly nursing staff throughout. Dont normally write but would like to send my thanks to all concerned.

I am so glad that the staff were able to reassure you and give you full explanations about what was going to happen.
