What I liked:
Don't know as trying to book an appointment on line is a joke, and cannot get through on the phone. Put in reference, put in date of birth, put in password, press continue and get to clinic choices.
Only one choice which is fine so click on it and then given option to book an appointment. Click on it and asked to log back in again. put in refernce, put in date of birth, put in password and click continue. Then told that its not working and log oot and back in again. do that and same thing happens.
No wonder your waiting times are coming down if nobody can book an appointment
What could be improved? Try employing people in the IT department with a brain, also stop trying to make I.T do nthe work for you
