What could be improved

I attended the orthopaedic / fracture hand clinic twice and both times involved extremely long waits in an over-crowded waiting room. The first time I eventually got good clinical advice from the surgeon after a 3 hour wait but at my follow up appointment I just gave up after 2 hours and left the clinic - in utter frustration - taking the risk that my hand condition might not have improved properly, but completely unwilling to receive treatment from this hospital. It seemed "normal" that the clinic should be running an hour late - even for my first appointment that was only just after 9 o'clock.
