"Empathetic sensitive care"

About: University Hospital Of North Durham

Anything else?

My daughter who is 16 had to visit , and was treated with courtesy respect and empathy by all who dealt with her. From the first person who did checks on height , weight and a breathing test, who really helped her to do it properly and had a such a positive happy manner ( as did everyone...); the Doctor who treated her as a grown up, even when she spontaneously burst into tears at the mention of a blood test; the unfortunate person who had to do the aforementioned test who was extremely sensitive with her; and the lady who helped explain how to use the inhalers properly.

Thank you
