Anything else?
My mum was admitted to the Royal Blackburn on a Friday evening , it was chaotic and after hours of being left eventually she was seen by an obviously overworked Doctor . I was not optimistic about her stay .
The care she received in both the Medical Assessment Unit and ward C1 has been lovely .The staff took their time with her and were attentive to her needs . Yes the hospital took its time getting tests done but they got there in the end and she is now much better . I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of care .
