iv been under the doctor for a number of years now as i have pelvic kidneys and water infections that get very serious at times e.coli was he last one,also constant pain around the kidney and bladder, i stopped seeing him around 18 months ago as my final visit ended with him loosing my notes from very growling nuclear ex rays then asked me what i think is wrong!!! im sorry but this did not help at all, i also have had to listen to his under dogs tell me that the kidney is workin OK so dont worry about the pain!!!!

i have since been for another scan as the pain is gettin worse.. this scan was plain and simple covering all of my abdomen, i found out at the reception desk that they have my date of birth wrong by 20 days. i then went to see the scan lady who the could not find detail of what i was telling her about my history!!!! she soon found out that i have 3 lots of notes, "3" no wonder they could never find out what was wrong with me, they never had my previous notes to compare with each other, years of pain and water infections iv put up with and years of horrid test all because they keep loosing my notes, how is this cost affective to the NHS!!! this error is "painfully" annoying not to mention the time iv had off work to go for tests this should never of gone to the point of 3 lots on notes and years of tests.
