What happend was my husband had accidently taken the wrong dosage of tablets, we were really worried and decided we needed to contact somebody.
The 111 service was efficient, they let me speak on my husband's behalf. The lady on the phone couldn't advise me so she put me straight through to a nurse. The nurse then wanted to double check so spoke to a doctor.
The doctor then reassured us that due to the small amount of dosage my husband would be ok.
The staff on this service were fantastic, efficient, helpful, and reassuring- Thank you.
