As a day surgery case in the Chedworth Suite I found that, without exception, the staff were friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was calm and everyone took the trouble to be reassuring and keep me fully informed throughout my stay. Although I was only there for about five and a half hours I was impressed with the personal service I received and the ready willingness of all staff to be helpful. Meeting with my consultant both prior and after surgery was a positive experience. Although I hope not to visit again, I would certainly be happy to do so should the need arise!
