What could be improved
Your switchboard is unacceptable.
I am trying to cancel an appointment-but cannot get any reply. Phone is either engaged or rings for 30 seconds and then goes dead. Please do not blame the patients if you have a large number of people who do not turn up for appointments-they have probably tried and failed to contact you to inform you. Suggest you:
1 Answer the phone
2 If busy, have an answerphone where messages can be left. To just cut you off is totally unprofessional
3 When sending out appointents, provide an Email address so people can cancel/change appointments.
