What I liked

I had an appointmetn at the New Medica Glaucoma Clinic. I was in and out within 45 minutes, very efficient.

What could be improved

What I did not like, outisde Ward 3 was a bottle of hand gel with a notice for all visitors to use before entering and leaving the Ward. In the 10 minutes I was sat waiting to be seen I counted 8 people go through to the Ward without using the gel. My Husband counted another 6 while I was being seen and out of that 6 only one used the gel and that was a Hospital Domestic. I don't feel that is very good adherence to germ control. Two of the people I saw walk through were actually builders of some sort.
