"Total disorganisation and poor communication"

About: St Mary's Hospital (Manchester)

Anything else?

I was recommended to go to St Marys by a number of people. Unfortunately my experience so far has been terrible without recieiving any treatment. Letters sent to the wrong address meant that i attended an appointment which was cancelled and the receptionist insisted that I must have lived at the address the letter was sent to! Extremely rude.

Today I have contacted the hospital again after attending an appointment on the 26th March to learn that I have been referred but that the letter 'has still to be typed' as they are behind. Only then will they be able to make an appointment rather than to undertake a consultation. I had to rpovide the hospital with reports which it is apparent that they have not read.

Dreadful communication and rude staff so far.
