"Dissapointed"

About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

Anything else?

I have just attended the new Hematology /cancer day care unit last month for treatment .

Once again i am left disappointed and baffled at the behavior of certain nurses .

After my treatment i asked for a new appointment card , the nurse that gave me it just shoved it abruptly in my face without saying a word and stood there until i accepted it then walked away , this appeared very rude and unnecessary behavior .

Just for reference , try saying ' There's your new appointment card Mr ?'

instead of appearing rude and ignorant .

Can i add this was just one nurse who does always seem moody anyhow , some of the nurses are very polite and nice .

The cancer ward is not the place for this type of bad mannered / rude behavior by staff or anyone else ,you need to remember what illness people have who attend here so they may not appear to be on top of the world , but you are paid to do a job and should do it well or maybe go to another ward .

No one is asking anything out of the ordinary just normal politeness will do .
