What I liked

My dad was on allerton ward, the care was, in my opinion less than average , i was actually going to say what i think you could do to improve your nursing care on the ward but it would take too long and i believe it would be quicker if i came onto the ward to teach some of your trained staff how to speak to relatives without them being condecending. The auxilliary nurses are brilliant and having spent a few weeks on the ward on a daily basis they are your most valuable asset. I waited one whole day to speak to a doctor about my dad and after waiting 8 hours no one turned up, so inmy opinion your ward performs on a less than adequate level, and as a footnote this is only one of several instances that i have of inadequte care of my father
