About: Torbay Hospital / Cardiology

(as a relative),

What I liked

in 2005 my Father who was 83 at the time spent a total of 12 weeks in the cardiac unit of this hospital from recuss to C.C.U and Dunlop ward during all this time his care was exemprery. All staff from consultant to cleaners were wonderfull not only to him but to my Mother and myself we did make things ( im sure ) a little difficult for them at times, because my Mother wanted to spend 5 hours a day sitting with him. Not at any time were we made to feel we were in the way, All staff were very supportive to each other and to us the wards were spotless when Dad was discharged his aftercare continued by district Nurses for a further 4 months with a very good service.Thank you for your care and the N.H.S.

What could be improved

Nothing !!

Thank you so much for your kind comments about our Cardiac Centre. This level of care is what we hope to achieve for all our patients and their next of kin.
