I found the staff to be rude and unhelpful. All they cared about was protocols and waiting times, they couldn't of cared less about the people. Bring polite costs them nothing but it seems they weren't taught basic nursing in their training. In the end I left because of their attitude to me and I went to Colchester. Was treated like a person and not a number.
